Hours after the conclusion of Saturday’s annual Red Dress Run, the streets of the French Quarter were still crowded with scarlet-clad partiers of all genders. By that time, the copious amount of beer consumed during the all-day event had worked its magic, and the August heat had taken its toll. Not to be unkind, but it wasn’t always a pretty sight.
